This is my latest project, a 1989 Skoda Estelle 120L5 (Hell5).

I originally owned this car in 2003, then sold it to a mate of mine, who gave it a thorough check over etc before we took it over the the Czech Republic in 2004. We drove it all the way there and back, covering 1600 miles in just over a week, 3 up plus luggage.

My mate then sold it a few months later to another mate who owned it for about 18 months before he sold it back, then it got sold on again, before coming back to me.

When I originally owned it, it was totally standard, but now it has a 136 (1300cc) engine out of an Endurance rally car. This is fully lightened and balanced, and as far as I know, has some sort of cam in it as well, lets say it goes very well.

Here's a few pics.

As you can see from the pics, it has a solid shell, but is in desperate need of a respray. My plans are to respray in white and have as a rally replica to advertise my rally photography.

Hopefully it will soon look like this

looks solid, same colour as mine!! i have a set of the same rims, but they have rally slicks on them

Yeah in Waddingham. Not very exciting, but I used to live there when I was little (mid 80's). Can't remember much about it.

I lived just down the road from there in Yawthorpe (1973). Not many people know where that is.

Work is due to start this week on rubbing down the Hell5 ready for repainting. Been sorting through all my stickers as well, found a SKODA bonnet sticker and a few smaller 1's so far

Now that is PROPER rat look without even trying!

Will look good in works colours...

Just noticed it hasnt got Rapid seats in now...

Hoping to find a pair of bucket seats for it, or should i fit the Felicia FUN seats i've just bought???

(i do 600x450 because i had dial up until recently)

Why not finish the S110R before starting another project?

I find it difficult enough juggling 4 cars,

but you never seem to go more than a few weeks

before there's yet another deal being done.

The DVLA at Swansea must have a separate building just for you.

And surely, you've already got one rally estelle in white with stickers all over it, or has that met the crusher yet?
