Max Width for Pick Up/Cube Van Wheels?

Featured Replies

I bought a set of VW alloys for my Cube and they just didn't fit. They were 4 x 100 ET 38 but they were 7J which was far too wide.

I just wonder if 6.5J would fit? Or do i need to go narower?

Anyone know a tried and tested alloy wheel that fits straight onto the Pick up / Cube?

mine are 15 by 7J with a 37et. fit no problems.

were your vw ones hitting the shock/spring unit?

They were rubbing on the brake line at the rear and the suspension at the front. I don't like the idea of spacers either as they're dangerous.

Bit of a sweeping statement saying spacers are dangerous.

Some are less safe than others. TUV approved spacers such as Eibach and H+R are perfectly ok and safe.

I had 6 x 16 and 7 x 15 on my pick up with no problems with either. I think they are a lower offset though on the 7's (ET35)
