Did the say 491a & 492a on the packets though?

Yep, that was the first thing I checked. One of them had been altered though (492a IIRC). Not sure what it was before, but the last few characters had been covered over with the correct ones. I bet that is where things have gone wrong.

I must add, both of them did arrive in sealed bags.
