Can anyone help? My VRS intermittently gets stuck in reverse. Taken it to the dealer but they can't seem to reproduce the problem. Seems to pop out when i rock the car back and forwards. Any suggestions? Clutch has been replaced.

Gearbox damage? Gearbox oil/fluid last replaced?

I had problems with my gearbox found out eventually that something was loose in the engine bay and became stuck ever once in a while preventing the arm above the gearbox whatever it is called moving properly. It was an aftermarket secondary airflow filter dropping down causing my problems, long shot but this is a cheap fix if your lucky enough for it to be something similar.

Thanks for help. Nothing seems to be snagging in the engine bay. Will check when the gerabox fluid last changed.
