picked up new vRS today drove home fine! Went for al ittle spin with the missus overtook a car and whils doing it I got a rather loud POP!!! The turbo noise is very much noticable now!! I limped it bac kas I had not gone far :( So am I guessing correctly that a turbo hose has popped off from somewhere?? I have the RAC coming over so hopefully they can sort it. IS it worth getting it checked for errors etc at some point? The engine management light never came on :confused:

Anyhoo i still love the car lol just glad I got it from a dealer I love you warranty

oh no monkey man that was the turbo blowing up :eek:, its probably taken out the engine, wheels, head lining, rear view mirror and the petrol filler cap!!

better just send me your steering wheel and be done with it

Anyhoo back on topic RAC man has been and gone (bloody quick!) And the turbo hose which connects to the big metal tube had come off!!! It needs a new one :( Plus it's taken the diverter valve out (yay for quacking lol) I am hoping I can get it fixed before Tuesday as I move up North then!!!!!! Otherwise Skoda will have to ferry the car oop north!!!
