bmc or abd qflow stage2

Featured Replies

hey all took a trip to see mike to day at Impossible performance and booked the car in for its chip on thursday and air filter. he said that he did not have any of the filter i wanted instock until next week (abd Q flow)now due to my lack of patience i asked what else was on offer and Mike mentioned the BMc option.

what are peoples views on the two options and which would you go for. i have had the Abd one before and liked it and that fact that you could hear the re cir valve through it. i have never had BMC but have heard good reviews on other cars about them.

I have the CDA box and love it, good flow with a nice little noise when the wastegate opens.

I havent seen or heard of the abt but the BMC supply Ferrari/maclaren/audi/porsche amonst others in F1 le-mann and gt racing, winning min 4 years in each catagory so you cant really argue with the quality. They also do a plastic (rather than Carbon box) the DIA version for under £120 if on a budget.

ABD Racing CAI .....Brilliant piece of kit.

so a fifty fity split then. with the bcm do you get the sound of the diverter valve like you do with the abd one.
