Hi Baker21, could you tell which bulbs (type & watts?) are fitted inside those original ones? My other footwell one is blown so now I'm thinking of bying a LED-ones if they can be changed? Hopefully these are not casted and bulbs really are changeable..

The bulbs in your standard lamps are simple 5W Wedge Based bulbs mate and are easily changed.....

I believe they are mate........

I think the rear number plate bulbs are festoon type and not W5Ws.

Actually, mate, I did just that. It's 3.30 AM over here, right now, so it will have to wait until tommorow, but I have some footage to show.```

I wired LED light modules (3 diodes each) and fixed them in place under the dash with double sided sticky tape, then connected the wires to the front dome light.

This is safe because LEDs run cold, and also they pull next to nothing in current.

I wired them so that they work in sync with the main dome light and fade out with it.

Please, please, please excuse the mess on the floor mats. The streets are covered in sleet and mud for weeks now, over here, and there's just no way on God's green Earth you can keep the stuff out of the car.

Finally I made myself order those LED's and here they are now =)... Just finding some time to actually have these installed now..
