We do a tubular manifold for the 1.8T, you can see a 20 bhp gains from this no problem, the stock manifold is a little poor

My friend is a metal fabricator, hes says the welds would let it down eventually, and that a cast one is far better. ATP are supposed to be very good.

Hi ya Paul!! You ok? We can get the ATP ones but they take a while to get, The guy who makes the tubular ones says he never normally has a problem

Not bad Thanks Gav. you?

I'm ok mate, busy welding my 90. It's got some holes in it!! You done much with the fabia??

Just saving money, before the big spend on the WRC body panels.

Then i can design the suspension.

is the atp a tubular or cast manifold and whats the price like matey?

bit of bumpage . im thinking of going tubular. derv how do you get 20 bhp from changing the manifold, is it that restrictive?

ahh well i bought one any how. will be getting my mate to fit it once it arrives. does any one know a good place to get gaskets from?

the standard manifold is quite restrictive in its design, the ATP one is a bit better but still far from perfect. the gasses basically hit each other and a flat wall before falling out the bottom into the turbo :)
