1) How much the special tool costs and whether the public can buy it?

2) How difficult a job it is to change the filter & oil?

3) Whether £190 is a reasonable quote from a main dealer?

You would probably save yourself the best part of £100 by doing it yourself, you will need a hand pump gun for the oil.

£190 is daylight robbery. They must be billing you for the special spanner as well as the oil and filter! Jabbasport's website shows a charge £75 for a Haldex oil and filter change.
