Just got new wiper blades for the Felicia.

I got 2 spoiler blades by mistake.

Is it ok to use spoiler blades on both sides?

to my knoweldge they are capable of 240mph before the wiper blades start to spontaniously combust.

mine are fine at 250mph

Who needs wiper blades when youve got a bottle of Rain X ?

Well i drive so fast that i dont even need fancy doo-dad wipers or lazers... the force of the wind dries the screen!! :p

One thing that annoys me about the wipers on my felicia is that the passenger side on misses a big chunk right at the side! Have thought about getting some of those floppy rubbery ones!!! hehe

Does that stuff really work? I'm guessing it just washes off too, so needs re-applying every time you have cleaned your windows?

Can't be that good if Rain X also manufacture and sell wiper blades as well.

I might carry a bottle of rain repellent around with me, then I wouldn't need an umbrella!

until the rep from a factor i use put it on my screen , i had reservations. but that night while driving home on the motorway in the dark, i only realised it was pi55ing it down when i got to a section that had streetlights. had done about 20 miles and not needed wipers

Give it a go, Rain X doesn't wash off, But friction of the wipers does reduce its effectiveness, You'll need to re-apply every 4-6 weeks or so on Fr. & Rr. screens, And once or twice a year on side windows. And if your H/lights lenses are glass you can use it on them too

Guess it would be pretty worthwhile on the mirrors too.

Just noticed rainx, and their halfords own brand is currently on 3 for 2 at halfords. Suppose that would make it a good time to stock up.

The best blades I have used are Champion brand

But Halfords only stock their own and Bosch

I wish I needed my windscreen wipers today rather than an umbrella
