2003/03 Fabia vRS

A while ago the rear wash wipe siezed (water jet moved with blade rather than straight up and blade moving through it). Coped with this for a while as I could still wash the rear screen.

Of late the washer jet has stopped all together and water leaks out the boot lid after attempting to use rear wash wipe.

I know what the problem/s are.

I need to know part numbers etc, to replace the relevant bits and some pointers on where to get at these bits on the car.

And before any wise crackers start I know it's in the boot lid :eek:

At first glance of the above, I reckon I'm gonna need Parts, 7,6,5A & 5. DO you have part numbers for these please?

I'll be looking to do a pictorial "how to" guide and I need to do the same to the wifes car as well
