Dead tidy that,

Hi there,

If you've still got the car, any chance of a pic of the front/back seats as they are now?

Not got any on this pc apart from this blurry one, it'll give you an idea.

Thanks, looks brilliant. Could you look at my latest post, please. Do your front seats show similar evidence of sag on the inside bolsters as is shown on my driver's? See my pic.

looks very nice mat, hasnt the drivers seat gone baggy already tho?

Only after taking the pics did I notice this - from the driver's door aspect it is not obvious.

You have also I/D'd this and I'll be in contact with Transcal on Monday with a view to rectifying. A wee tuck should do the trick. The seat base looks as if it might benefit from something similar. Otherwise, I must say the fit is excellent. However, only time will tell how good it is.

Hi mate, did you get the Leather done last week?? I was delivering to Transcal last week when inside the warehouse i spotted a tidy black vRS. Yours??:)

Looks very nice mate, having come over from the Golf fraternity it could still do with dropping a bit further, leather looks sweet.

Been back to Transcal and had front seats redone. Much better - bolsters, baggy no more!

Decided to keep the eyebrows, meantime.

Latest mods:

Bosch Aerotwin wipers. Quite simply: a revelation!

PD160 trumpet and pipe. Fuel consumption seems to have benefited - according to the computer. Will do a double check at the pumps asap.

mk2 Octy vRS rear badge replacing the standard round Skoda badge

mk1 Fabia vRS rear badges to both front doors

vRS grill badge to LHS glove compartment

(Got the last two items in the For Sale section)

I've no plans for any more mods to the appearance.

Sometime next year, remap.

Will try and add a few pics when the "Manage Attachments" box responds.

A few too many badges for me - but then I like the debadged look :D

Interior looks spot on though Bill

Oh, and just add another post with more photos, if you need - you can only attach 5 images per post.

Steve

I agree about the badges (I got carried away with nismo ones when I had nismo suspension added to my old Micra :D ) anyway. I love the look of 17" octy wheels on fabia's, fills the arches nicely.

Hi Steve,

Good and bad, eh? Well it would be a dull world if we were all of the same mind. We all share one thing in common though, an appreciation of the attributes of the vRS. In oodles of years driving and 40+ cars the Furby experience is the dawgs danglies.

Kinda sussed the attachment system. The problem source was the digi camera which exceeded the 500 max fig. The mobile reduced this to circa 380.

Going thru a badge phase right now. I'll probably completely debadge in three months time. You'll well remember, I wasn't going to lower...... Ha, Ha!

You see, the only thing I can't resist is temptation!

You're right; the interior is good. I was going to get light grey inner panels but the progeny advised against that. They were right - much classier all-black - well, anthracite really.

Thanks for the comments.

Pic of the Aerotwins for info.
