Could well be the engine bay wiring loom - Do you have a full Skoda Service History?

I'm wondering if you are maybe not in the UK. I know Skoda UK have a goodwill offer for this defect as long as the car has Skoda Service History.

You are right, I'm not from the UK. Buy I got your question now, and I do have a full service history with the official dealer, I got the car new and only them have provided service to it.

Do you have any documents or articles that I can refer to regarding this good will thing?
