am having some difficulty getting the right ones for my Fab.....used the code AR533s at my local motor factors but they were just the twin blades that are whats already on the car.....told him they were the ones off a golf mk3 as said on here but he said no and the only ones he could get from bosch were for a mk4 03 onwards golf!!

any help anybody?

The ones you want are aftermaket aero blades.

The ones that fir the golf are the MK IV onwards as the garage said, and these fit onto the Octy MK I when you use the arms off a MK IV golf too.

Valeo do a retrofit item that clps onto the standard arms and bosch might too. Probably these you are after.

Think the bosch ones have the AR code after the number, but i might just be imagining that.

yep gave him the ref AR533s but when i looked in the packet they were just twin blades not AEROTWIN and were the same as the ones that are already on my motor!!....deff not flat blades!!

I remember reading that some from either a megan or scenic fitted, but for the life of me can't remember which ones.

problem solved.....bosch ireland dont do them so the code doesnt work here!!.....will just get them off 'tinternet then!!
