Right guys ive taken delivery of my new stainless manifold. now the question is can i simply use the old gaskets or do i need to spend even more on new ones??

How much are the gaskets for the manifold, surely they're not much?

I'd get new ones for peace of mind (unless they were a crazy amount).

dont use the old ones it is very posible to have a leak if you do that.

45 quid for a gasket sounds proper over the top when you can get them in america for like 20 quid. its just the carriage that bumps the price up.

I'd tend to agree. Is there anything suitable from Skoda?

havent managed to speak to them due to work hours. i will do soon or speak to a local exhaust place and get their opinion

finally managed to find gaskets. I was amazed at the prices.

Head to exhasut manifold 3.50 +vat from gsf carparts

manifold to turbo 2.50 +vat from skoda uk

So fingers crossed the new manifold should be on the car by the end of the week.
