hi guys, not sure if anyone will actually be able to answer this question, but ive gotta ask anyway! ive owned my octy vrs(rally red)02 plate for 2 month now. im in love with it and i even talk to her (elena) lol. the only thing that as gone wrong with her is the no 2 coil, which i belive is a common prob, and was quite cheap to put rite. i contacted the main dealer just to see what things had bin done to it in the past, and got the shock of my life!!!!!!!!!!

1. new turbo & turbo pipe

2. central locking fault

3. 1&3 coil pack failier

4.anti-roll bar bushes and links replaced

5. cd autochanger fault

6.clicking engine light

all this was done by the previous owner to me, and cost 2500 quid he only owned it 12 month expensive ey!

now comes the question. should i be worried that this car is gunna be unreliable and costly?????????????????????????????

i was under the impresion that the octavia was a reliable car these days am i wrong?

thanks for listening to me guys hope i avnt bored you to much!
