what are skoda customer service like?

Featured Replies

sent a very polite e-mail to them last night, regarding an "issue" with my local dealership i was not happy about.just wonder if they have a set way of going about things?

will they contact me via e-mail or will they ring? do they do it in a set amount of time(at work we have 1 week to get back to customer complaints).

in a nut shell work was carried out, that was half assed, parts fitted that were not needed,a refund was offered then withdrawn.

they will contact you by e-mail, and/or ring..... you can also ring them.....

but don't even get me started on SCS, the cr@p dealers, and cr@p responses from SCS are why I now drive a fiat (no problem with getting fiat to replace suspension bushes under warrenty....)

This article was in my latest What Car magazine.

I used to have my Astra serviced at a vauxhall dealer but even they did not do any work on my car without my permission and knowledge.

I get my current Skoda done privately using Skoda parts of course.

Yes had some dealings with Skoda CS, and they are quite useless, that experience has also put me off in someway buying the brand again.

just seen a customer feedback form which sums it up for me:

SALES 95% positive response

AFTERSALES 55% positive response

sadly proves what ive always said, its the service dept that spoils the dealership experiance for most people
