fabia side light

Featured Replies

there a fookin pain in the back side to remove!! just spent 10 mins trying to pull the thing out, and it wont budge!! my knuckles are pretty cut up! any tips on how to pull em out? the left hand side ones fine as theres no battery in the way! grrr!!!

Did you try dismantling the battery cover? The panel behind the headlight cover when removed gives you an extra few mm of finger room.

Sorry about the knuckles.

Sorry - and gentle use of a pair of needle-nosed pliers may save you knuckles from further damage.

Have you tried the search on here - its been documented a number of times previously.

i agree with the pliers. a decent long nose set and they come out fine. found this after 15 mins of cutting my hands to hell!

as above- remove the battery cover - clips into the front of the battery tray - use only one hand - pop off the tabs - put a finger between the terminals and get it out.

Trying to use two hands is impossible....
