Hello,can anybody recommend a good top up engine oil for my fabia,its a 1.4mpi on a w reg and has done 42000 miles,Thanks!!!!

It should say in the handbook, but I'd guess at 10w/40. Just buy a liter bottle from halfords, own-brand will be fine.

Hi , the dealer uses Castrol GTX Magnatec in mine when it goes in for a service , it never needs topped up between services though , probably because I don't do many miles a year (sub 6000). My car is almost the same age and milage as yours though! (2000 V reg , 37800 miles!)
