That does look a bit broken, but also looks like a reasonably expensive washer.

I have to ask what additional packing was in the box though as if it was just put in a box then it was insufficiently packed.

It was signed for by my 12 year old daughter. My 19 year old son was on the loo at the time and the courier didn't appear interested in waiting. I don't think they can argue that one and I also don't think it would stand up in court.

There is no chance of that one standing up in court.

It is obviously under packaged.

I would guess that packing no foam at all in a box that is going by courier with something plastic is outside of the couriers packing guidelines.
