Catching up on the last 3 weeks Autosports, I saw that these cars won their class in the 1965 and 66 Nurburgring 24 Hour races, and did something like 4th and 5th overall in the 1967 race, before the government tolt Tatra to "cease and desist" from these activities.

I knew they made trucks, but not cars - had a shufty on Wikipedia, and check this out: a 3.5l aircooled V8!!!
