spark plug gaps checked (0.65mm) and still hesitating.

The plugs are Bosch Platinum ones Fez - not put in by me, but I didnt have any plugs to put in today, so just left the standard ones in.

have you actually tried NEW plugs at any stage Mike?

what did you clean your throttle body with dog? im thinking of doing mine when the weather perks up

Try contact cleaner, works a treat and is not tested on animals.

I used carb cleaner.

The plugs are 3k miles old Rich but will be replaced this week.

Also trying the 3rd spring in my dv as well tody.

What colour is that blue?

I thought it went green,yellow, blue then red in forge dvs.

I would have thought green poss yellow spring would be good for yours Mike.Blue is too strong and dv may fail to open :eek:

The gap should be 0.7-0.8 IIRC...

I got mine from a motorfactor..

Autodata CD2 quotes 0.7mm for plug gap.

what the hell does IIRC mean?? people always say it and i feel like im missing something....
