i do like apple products and am fairly set on getting a mac book/pro at some point, but steve jobs is damn near a big enough tw*t to put me off

Course, if you can stump up the extra £100, you could get a Macbook Pro - ok, it;s bigger, but you do get a lot more power -

For instance, I use it as my everyday machine - 20gb mp3 collection, Windows XP on Parallels for one package, Vista on Bootcamp for gaming......iWeb for my own personal website, custom calendars for amily using iPhoto., idvd for pro-looking movies.....

Not sure I'd fancy attempting the dvd burning via the Rermote disc thing..........lot of data to shunt.....

but other than that the Air does look great

the multi-touch trackpad is an ace idea... if only they put that in their normal macbooks.

i haev to say im sorely tempted to get a macbook as my next computer purchase... altho ive never used OSX in my life..

the apple TV/Itunes movie rental could be good too.. just a shame the apple tv doesnt support divx/xvid :thumbdwn:
