Just got a new battery on fathers Fabia. The power steering was playing up and thats rectified it.

Now of course the radio wants coding. How do I do this.

Any advice appreciated.

If it's the OEM radio and the same car it came out of it shouldn't need a code.

If it does you'll need to visit a dealer.

If it's codeless (but pre-coded to the vehicle), make sure that the ignition is on before switching on the radio, otherwise it just shows 'SAFE'.
