Washed and polished the vRS today with SWMBO

After two weeks of driving we decided to wash the car today. Here is a few before and after pics

After a wash, clay and polish session we have a clean fabia, even managed to use the showplate from my old focus to hid the reg!

One clean door handle, what do you think, I've got to do my bosses car in the next few weeks for her.

have my kw v1's in the boot,spec clutch in the conservatory and a lsd at jabba,so its a bit cheeky me telling somone to slam it when i have the gear and still havn't:rofl:

was gonna fit the kw's today but got side traked,did fit my bonnet lifter kit tho:thumbup:

Cheers guys, I've been thinking of the lowering route but not too sure, I live in a zone of speed bumps of varying degrees of height, if I lowered it, it would only be about 25 mil.

That's the 2nd facelift though don't forget. :thumbup:

The original cars had black handles along with the facelift cars right up to 56/07 plate cars which then got body coloured handles as part of the last mini facelift early in 2007.

That wouldn't be Kirkcaldy would it ? The place is infested with them and a total nightmare on a motorbike too.

edinburgh mate, my area is full of them, but know kirkcaldy bad for them as well.

washed car with swmbo? oops, my bad, thought u meant you'd used swmbo to wash the car! Personally, I use my cat for buffing up the polish!

I am impressed that you manage to make your swmbo wash the car with you. I can't even ask mine to keep the car clean inside.

well today I had SWMBO helping clean my boss' bmw compact, for the sum of £20 which I will split with SWMBO, i'm getting into the habit of cleaning cars now so watch later for pics of the car.
