Guess the parts

Featured Replies

In relation to my mysterious problem with the temperature indication, etc I came across the following parts of which I'd like to find out what they are and what they do...

This sits near the MAF and there seems to be another at the front of the engine bay, to the lefthand side of the car.

This sits almost next to the DV. Looks like an electrical connector of some sort, but it felt really flimsy.

Top one looks like an aircon access, either low or high side.

first pic is an air con pipe connector to allow for regas high pressure side and the second pic is a turbo prssure control solanoid

...and the second pic is a turbo prssure control solanoid
ie electro-changeover valve - more commonly known as N75 wastegate regulator valve.

Denis,

thats almost certainly the most interesting piccy I've ever seen on here :D

I'm going to nick that for my desktop at work ..

... what makes it so good is that it is also genuinely useful. Should make it the "front-cover" for BRISKODA for a couple of weeks ...
