right iv been looking at leon cupra tdi's latly but i stumbled across this today so i went to view it....... 2005 fabia vrs with xeons, cruise, heated seats/door mirrors and a nice set of oz superturismo's 17 inch with toyo rubber all round

i love the colour but it's desperatly wanted a set of coilovers is it worth £9500.....

the car was bought from a local dealer for £10,250 3 months ago and is selling it due to a new house.

its always been a local car and owned by a skoda mechanic from skoda at dumfries

Personaly i think it should be around 9k top but what do others think ? the car really is mint only finding 1 stone chip on the bonnet

ment to mention it still have warrenty till october this year

Ive test drove that particular one - Its yellow!! was when it was at the dealers.

it was also price stupidly at that £10,250, I personally wouldnt pay more than £8,500 private

We bought our 2nd Fabia vRS in July/August last year..... It was an 05 plate and was just over 2 years old when we bought it.... It had xenons & cruise control had 23000 on the clock and we paid £8400 for it private..... It had got a few stone chips though but nothing serious.

Dont pay more than £8500 if he doesnt budge just keep looking.

Was the dash air vent fixed (middle) or is it still broken?

its got the 3rd middle headrest..... no there was nothing broken on it when i seen it

Yeah, just when i test drove it, the vent was broken, dealer said he would fix if i bought, just wondered if it had been.

Bet it has leaky rear doors ?

Check the bottom of the doorcard for dampness, i bet its there! Could be a bargaining point, but is easily fixed with some silicone , dont tell the seller that though

IIRC we have a member that's 17 and a few around 18/19.

im pleased with it ! just buying a few little things just now before i order the coilovers.

why do people stick 17's on these without doing the suspention

I would invest in an alloy sump guard thats all i will say

well iv been and picked this baby up today

WOW is all i can say although the 150 pd golf pulled harder but the fabia really isn't far behind it ! im really impressed with it and the way it handles compaired to the golf.

love it to bits and all i can say is bring on the coilovers
