Looking after your car ? Why bother ?

Featured Replies

Piggin volvo drivers, some muppet dented mine.

I know it was the volvo xc70 that parked next to me, just can't prove it unless I can get the car parks cctv, which since no person was hurt they won't look at.

:(

Well give me an easy way to quickly describe a Landcruiser not a Octy 4x4! :D
Chelsea Tractor?...

I gave up too (worrying about it that is). I have counted 13 separate dings/ dents/ incidents in 18 months of ownership. Some cars are just unlucky!!

At the beginning I got each fixed as they occurred (some were others' faults and insurance jobs, some were my fault (oops) and we have 2 car park dings that I can't be bothered to fix.

Of all of them though, the worst was when my wife was getting one of our children out of the carseat, had the rear door closed against her backside and some absolute nutter numpty hit the edge of the rear door with his wing mirror, hard enough to bend it outwards about 5mm!! Didn't stop, going too fast and numberplate too muddy to be recognised and wife too shaken up to try!. That's living on an one way street in London for you!!

Oh and then there was the pheasant that I hit at 70mph the other day......broken front grill, slight dent in bonnet and lots of gore up teh windscreen.

At the end of the day, it's just a car......

If anyone needs help getting rid of dents in south yorkshire, pm me i know a good guy. he did mine and made a right job
