Depends what you got in the boot:)

About 500Kg in the boot should give a nice 50:50 split...............

I carry a NOS bottle, propane tank and my battery in the boot now.

Hoping that, combined with losing the aircon and fitting a carbon bonnet will have helped my distribution a bit. But I doubt from a 68.5/31.5 start, it's anything better than perhaps a 62/38 now.

I reckon as it's a diesel, let alone not a sports car in any shape, just a fabia wth a torquey engine it's probably not far of 65-75% to the front.

I've just helped my weight distribtion. I now have an 02M gearbox strapped down in my boot.

I don't think the weight distribution itself is a problem, I think it's the fact there is little control of the weight movement under acceleration, braking and cornering, which means that the bulk of the weight is always acting on the end furthest from where you want it to be.
