Hi

I have an Octavia elegance 1.8 estate which has some strange querk.

Sometimes when I turn the key in the ignition there is no power at all - no lights on the display, absolutely nothing. Today this happened and i tried to lock / unlock the doors but the car was dead. After about 2 mins I tried again and the car was back to normal - Whats going on?

Another thing that may be a clue is that the clock randomly resets itself.

Loose electrical connection? Happened to me and found battery terminal connection not tight. No probs since. Cheers.
