Cn anyone recommend a good oil to supply to my garage when I put the car in for a service.

every 10000 or does it tell you to go at around about 16- 20000?

shell helex?????? 0w30 is a good one that i had at first, then i used carelube 0w30.

this time the garage used castrol 5w40 seeme good so far.
