Does the Fabia vRS have a subwoofer as standard?

Featured Replies

Like the Audi A3? I just ask because I heard the sound from one last week and it was far better than the audio in my Mk1 Octy vRS

No standard sub, maybe the bass was turned up on the HU, if so it wont sound good for long ;)

No - but the speakers seem to like the bass more than the Octy

Nope - if you want to give it the 'Phat' then its a DIY job I'm afraid....

Babs... that's strange, the Bass in Mk II is 'Boomin' in comaparison to my Fabia VRS

But not for long. :D I blew one quite quick, but thankfully my custom fitted infinity kappa component woofers are really solid. Actually too solid as they make the doorcards vibrate really badly. :speaker:

standard fabia set up is pretty decent! i just put a sub in the boot and keep the bass settings low on my normall speakers does the job! the tweeters in the rear doors are just the right height for your ears too in the front:)

I find the standard set-up pretty good. Can distort a little when very loud, but then you shouldn't drive with music that loud anyway.

I find there's too much mid-range in most OEM set-ups...

Take the midrange and turn that **** off!
