hi there everyone wanting to do the following mods so price and links and thoughts would be great?

seat front strut brace - is this a standard seat part if so how much and what part number are they easy to fit?

engine sound deadening - understand this is a seat part as well number and price would be great?

eibach lowering springs - 135 delivered is best price cant afford changed dampers but struggling to get through to sarah is it? what other spring options are there just so i know?

labour cost for fitting - jbs have said it will cost 40 for tracking and three hours at 45 plus vat is this price anygood or too much or just right?

rear arb - heard this is really good can you get it delivered from jabba as they are too fare away from me and what kind of fitting involved?

if all the above done for changing the suspension will i see a marked improvement?

you can get the seat strut brace from seat dealers for £50

cheapest place i found eibachs springs was awesome at £135 delivered

jabba arb was £200 when i bought mine and they can deliever, and are based in peterbourgh

go on seat's site and it gives you the part number in the accesories section, and its a bolt on fit

cheers mate thank you what about the labour charge for the springs ad also what other spring options are there for the vrs cheers

i think h+r, weitec and kw do springs, not so sure on labour, as rates fluctuate across country

weitec springs? are these any good?
