Dodgy Car Sale?

I found one of my old cars on the net today, my previous Octavia

Funny, when I had it it was a 1.6 8v MPI, yet this advert has FSI plastered all over it, so basically it's false advertising?

Reason I am posting this is because I had a letter several months ago from some organisation (Cant remember who exactly) asking for the mileage e.t.c of the car

Should I contact the seller and inform them of their mistake or is there something dodgy going on?

Edit:

The Letter was from Ipswitch Trading standards asking for verification of the cars mileage, we returned the car to VW Finance over a year ago now, yet it still has the same mileage on it since we handed it back?

So it's gone for over a year without being sold?
