Just wondering how much oil everyone uses between services and what mileages.

Mine uses about just over a litre every 10,000 miles.My mileage is 38,000 at the moment and its a 1.9.Does that seem quite high consumption?

Probably about 3/4 litre for every 10000 miles now (72000 miles) but was around 1 litre every 10000 up to 50000 miles so preety similar.

76_000 miles or so covered, and I reckon I'd use more oil dipping every week than I burn between services!

Car on 125000, on variable servicing so serviced every 25000 ish, about a litre between services

I find it depends on how you drive it, if you drive it hard your going to use more, mines just over 200000 and still uses prety much the same as your using.

The closest I normally come to "driving gently" if I've got roadspace in front of me is timing upshifts to drop revs to about 1900 in the higher gear.

My 110tdi on 127000 is using around 0.5l-0.75l per 10k mainly mway miles at 65+mph. Doing around 20k per year at mo.
