How did you get on? Did you get your money back on the Fabia?

He's being so awkward saying he won't drive from derbyshire to lincoln for any less than £75. we rang trading standards and citizens advice bureau and we don't have to pay anything but he said if we don't pay it he's not refunding our money so i think it's gonna have to go down the small claims track. obviously we don't want to fork out for that as well but he's leaving us with no other choice. up until thursday he still wanted us to drive it there. yeah the car has faulty steering but anyway!! head case!!

will keep you updated as to what's going on, he's picking it wednesday but i bet something else is going to happe before then concerning money etc. yes i will post the details when this kerfuffle is sorted.

Good luck! Its a shame youve had such bother , the Fabia is a great little car when its running as it should do , although Ive had my fair share of problems with mine as well!

For the nine days i was able to drive it i loved it but to be honest, if all that needs replacing at 27k i don't trust the car and won't ever again.

Probably not a Skoda ha ha. Maybe my first choice and a Vauxhall Vectra or Astra. Car was picked up today so when I get money back and all is done and finished with, I will post the information you asked me for.
