Tell me why Mrs Budfox should buy a vRS?

Featured Replies

I've mentioned the vRS in the past as a possible next car for her. She saw one today. She thought it looked 'a bit dull'.

So, in a few words, why should my wife buy a vRS?

I told he that it's the combination of performance/running costs/inverse snobbery/sheer fun/relative rarity.

I know you guys can do better...

i take it your talking about a fabia?

if she doesn't like one then don't bother as she will never be happy with it.

take to see one, drive it then see how she feels.

taste os a very personal thing and if someone doesn't like a car then they probably won't ever like it.

What does she want?

Women are strange creatures, and want the opposite of their partners.

Tell her that under no circumstances can she have a Fabia vRS, and hey presto................

As Bengie says- test drive the car. My wife did not like the seats on the other Fabias, but one test drive with the VRS was enough-car bought .wonderful and easy to drive with more than enough power with economy(58-60 mpg)

she shouldn't they are pants

Just go for full leather :)

she shouldn't they are pants

That's no way to sell your car Gary :)

its sooo bad i have decided to keep it and not inflict its terribleness on anyone else, how thaughtful am i;)

She's a woman, if it looks dull to her, end of really :P

Every car doesn't have to be a vrs you now ;) I swear some people on here act as if they're on commision :P

Try a Leon Cupra, she might prefer the looks. Not far off a vrs anyway.

Also look at Mazda 3 MPS and Civic type-R if possible.

How about a Lada?

F#ckin' women eh!!

Do my head in

Buy her something pink and **** - she will love it,

because she has to..

my wife didn't/doesn't like the look of it from the outside, (you dont see the outside when your driving it and thats all that matters)

Made her take a test drive and she bought one straight after the test drive

In all seriousness, the mad wife threw a hissy fit when I said I was buying a Skoda.

2 Years, 3 fabia vRs's and a stray octavia later............

Get her an Octavia VRS & be done with it.:rofl::rofl:
