Featured Replies

Anyone else seen it ?...........In this weeks Auto Express , the new Saab 9-2X Aero , a 5 door wagon ..........it's basically a Subaru Impreza WRX estate , but with a Saab grille and an uprated interior , the same 227BHP flat four , which gives 0-60 in 6 seconds .........has just been released in the USA at a price of $26,950 (

With GM now owning a lage chunk of Subaru its was going to happen, Vauxhall are also rumoured to be going back to 4x4, wonder where that system will be sourced from?

Bet the Saab will be

Becoming known as the Saabaru, I just hope it has Saab build quality & not Subaru

knowing the way things seem to be when brought here from the US the price will be more like

Another US Saab that isn't quite original...

This one doesn't even have a turbo! So what's Saab about that?

Then again, how Saab is a boxer engine...

Cars for brand fetishists, these two.

""With the Saab 9-X and 9-3X concept vehicles, followed by the award-winning Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan and Convertible, the 9-3 Sport-Hatch concept and the dynamic new 9-2X, we are exceeding our commitment to introduce one new vehicle or concept each year for five years."

New?

Neither of those two cars will be making it over here the 9-2x mainly because of the Impreza, the 9-7x because it is a LHD only yank built 4x4 (so you can garantee it will end up as a pimp wagon) and both of them because there are no diesel engines availiable for them.
