I need to tame my combi as it's a little bit of a water bed at the moment and a little scarey at times.

I've got furby vRS 16's on at the moment, and a paving slab in the boot otherwise it's standard apart from a PD160 intake and a tuning box.

I'd like to change the suspension to make it more stable. I've used spacers on previous cars but I've not seen much on these pages about them.

While I'm on the subject, has anyone actually tried to mod a combi, I'd like to graft a vRS bumper on the front for example - or are we combis the ugly cousins you keep in the Briskoda loft out of sight???

i was just thinking this today, while driving about in the new shape estate. i was wondering if anyone has chucked a vrs bumper and bits onto a estate. i'd love to see a proper vrs estate furby

anyone know of a rear ended vrs and a inocent looking estate??

was read what hes put up about that little job hes got planned. i would go the whole hog myself and have a vrs estate

Do it - sounds good and I'd be interested to kow how you get on! (methinks the suspension on our combi may be in need of some tlc given the mileage as it's still on the original shockers etc at 113,000 mls)

I think I will do the bumper thing, I've got fog lights already no no problems doing the wiring etc.

I looked at the combi in a different light today when the sun was on it - with vRS wheels, roof bars and fog lights ... it's a good looking little motor

Lowered and with a bit of a polish it will look pretty smart.
