Pressure washer + foam help!

Featured Replies

Baker, have you tried the foam lance with the washer from aldi yet? I'm going to get one soon but want to know that it fits on ok.

I've used the pressure washer twice now, the pattern seems a little odd but it does the trick fine :D

My pressure washer is now in the loft until I move house mate, too much hassle to use here in the the flat so will wait until we are in our new house and I have the garage to sort out............:D

Having said that I have read a lot of things on DW and spoke to a lot of traders and it seems the best option is to buy a Karcher gun for the Aldi unit and then buy a Foam Lance from Autobrite or Elite Car Care and it works fine........

I have a slightly older version of the Powercraft one from Aldi and I have the Autobrite foam lance. I had to alter the brass fitting a little from the one supplyed as it was for the Karcher. You just have to reduce the size of the two lugs but it's just a 5 minute job. Junior hacksaw and a file are enough tools but a vice would help alot.

HTH.

Gets costly though, that's got to be what, £80 odd in total :(

True but I know a few people so will be able to source things cheaper, otherwise it will be a case of filing down the attachement as bigal rallyred stated........
