as above really, ive found a ENJ octy vrs box from a 1999 car. Will it fit onto my 2001 Octy VRS with the EHA box?

Yes it does although there maybe others. Can someone with a brain comfirm this !!!

yeah there were a few different boxes. I know i've got tripodic driveshafts so I just need to know if they'll fit on that ENJ box I found

Looking at ETKA, the Octavia vRS AUQ engine started production in 12/00, hence would have been in My 2001 cars. Did the vRS really exist before that date and with a different gearbox?

I'm with DGW - I thought the vRS was only produced as a post-facelift (2001) model, along with the 4x4.

According to the Haynes book of fables the gear box codes for octy are 02J,02K annd 02M.02J being spectd for vRS.
