I am quite impressed that no one have so far really com up with the new specs and good photos....In Norway we have been told that the facelifted version should com this year, but probably late....

I am going to order a new Octavia soon, but would of course want the "new" one. Frustrating to not know.......

My local dealer has told me recently that the facelift (for the UK market I think) will be produced from build week 45 ie early November.

Its long overdue a facelift as its now been 4 years since coming to UK, and skoda update their cars every 4 years.

MK.1 came out 1996 -(1998 in UK), facelifted 2000, then MK 2 came out 2004, so facelift due this year sometime.I suppose dealers won't be forthcoming with the info as they will want to shift all stocks of the current models for the best price.

I think the 2.0TDi PD is getting replaced by the 2.0TDi CR according to a Skoda news release I received recently.

CR version already done but only in the vrs so far

but as im sure all the members of this site who are also working for skoda dealers will tell you we arent keeping silent to sell old shape cars, but actually just as desperate to know what they will look like and when they will be out as you are! :)
