Hello all im sure i have seen a guide to how to take the fabia VRS grill apart ready for painting the chrome bit (might be going mad, but pretty sure i did)

Anyone have an idea where it is? I have used the search functions on the forum and been searching all morning, yeah im rubbish i no! Give us a hand and ill tick that lovely thanks button, might even buy you a beer if your local!
