Please could someone advise me where the Airbag ECU is situated on an 02 Octavia vRS?

its bolted to the floor buried in the carpet under heater matrix.the manual says:

disconnect batttery

remove right footwell trim panel

looks like its almost under central console

The new airbag ecu that i have is part number 6Q0 909 601, can anybody confirm that this fits a 2002 Octavia vRS?

I didn't find anything with that number for the Octy.

6Q0 is usually Fabia/Polo

Its a vw part number, it does not mention Skoda on the sticker (airbag vw5 6q0 909 601).

Looks like the 6Q0 number has been superceeded by a 1C0 909 601. Does it have any more letters/numbers after the part number?
