:eek::eek::eek:

I wont have a need for two performance cars soon, so I may be selling it and geting an Octy TD or something!

Only had the car 4 months but the lure of a Skyline is too strong!

Skyline? Tell me more....... :D

You know you will regret it Mike ;)

nah.

Just gonna get a GTST and tune it to the moon.

4wd is for girls.

Traiter! lol

Go for it mate, if your getting a diesel we'll still be your friend :D

Nooo Mike.

Offer of the GTR still stands. ;)

You could always convert it to RWD. :D

Hmmmm skyline oh how i wish i could afford to run one

They're not as bad as you would think.

:)

Seriously? I thought the insurance / servicing costs were silly money for them?

They can be silly. Just have to be sensible. Mate had a R34 GTR for 6 months. Was not to bad to run. Was 750 BHP so only got 100 miles to £60.00 of fuel. So it had to go to buy his house :(

I want an RX7 myself :D

I want an RX7 myself :D

My mate has a RX7 completely standard and still regularly frightens the crap out of him after 4 years owning it ........lol

Driving an R33 with R34 engine/box etc...so basically standard returns mid 20's MPG.

Although in it's previous tune it was around 15mpg.

Yes, servicing can be costly, but nowhere near as bad as some .

I know, they are so light that what power they do have makes them go like stink.

Well me and Hannah (my girlfriend) have the VRS as our run around, she has a race prepped Mini for the weekends, i think im entitled to a toy also. MMMmmm, time to shop for RX7s me thinks.....

Skylines arent bad, plus I run a Performance Parts company, so its not like anything is ever gonna cost me lots LOL

If you sell it.... whats the likely asking price ?

Mmm, I love Rx7s too- but put off but the rotary engine. Guessing it'd have to go to a specialist for everything £££.

I think with the recent increase in road tax + fuel, it's a bad time to have a performance car.

Friend with a 406 V6 will rise up to the £410 a year tax bracket :(

I will own a skyline before I'm 30 though!! It costs me £40 a week in fuel just to get to work and back, imagine that that'd be in a GTR!!!

Mmmmm......

The engines get a bad rep i think. They are fine to around 50k-80k as long as serviced regulaly :) Granted a normal engine will generally do 100k before a re-build is needed but i would never plan of doing loads of miles in a RX7, lol.

Just have it for a weekend toy.

GTR... Also bloody good car but again, not what i would consider an everyday car, lol. That said it does have 4 seats :)

Regards
