Skoda Felicia Rear Wiper Arm

Featured Replies

My Felly's rear wiper gets half of the sweep perfectly, but the other half is a half arsed attempt.

I think the sping is worn and not pushing the blade into the window enough... I've put new blades on and they do the same. I know it's not a major thing, but it'd be nice to have it working.

I've tried fitting an arm from my old Astra estate and the flippin' spindle is the wrong size.

What can I do to cheaply get it working again.

Are these parts still available?

you need to open up the motor housing and change one of the gears inside. They are made of cheap plastic so the teeth tend to shear off. This happened when i first got my car. very simple to do. alternatively just get a new motor from scrappies. i only had to change the gear because the motor arm was the wrong length.

The Motor is perfect mate, I meant the arm only presses down on half the screen.

I simply lubricated the pivot on the wiper arm with 3 in 1. This did the trick for a few weeks, but it needs doing every now and then. If that doesn't work, simply renew the arm.
