Felicia smashed LHS engine mount!!

Featured Replies

Welcome fellow BRISKODers,

Thanks to Horse, for the tips on driveshafts etc

On March 9th , in the Fagaras mountains of Romania and I managed to crack the LHS engine mount on my Felicia, which broke leaving the engine hanging on the battery cable.

Does anyone know if this can be replaced? It seems to be part of the motor.

The LHS drive shaft fell out and lost the bits but should be fixable.

I fly back out after Easter and welcome any advice.

Thanks

Hello :)

Hello welcome to briskoda

Sorry to hear about your wee smash.

Good afternoon & welcome :)

Hi and welcome

Might be a good idea to post your question in the Felcia section as well:

I have no proper answer but can imagine that it will be tricky to sort out. However, it shouldn't be impossible to find a complete engine (and maybe at a good price in Romania) so the car is not necessarily doomed.

Hope you'll sort it out.
