Go here: WebMail

Download the webmail component and then any pack you need depending on the account you want to pick up.

The webmail component has a pop mail server running on your pc so your "POP connection" is to your local PC and the webmail then forwards on to hotmail, yahoo or whoever and acts as the go-between :)

Brilliant!

What are the settings for the pop on the pc or where can i find them?

Err, no real settings. Once installed, just go to add a new account in thunderbird (select webmail) and under address, it's localhost, and under account login name, it's the full address, i.e. [email protected] not just conshine :)

It *should* then work :P

Hi,

I have put all the correct info in and when I put in the password, I get the message 'sending the password did not succeed - mail server responded - negative vibes from [email protected]

Anybody got any ideas? i have tried everything?

Cheers,

Ben

Dunno, have you looked at their FAQ section? Shows how to set it up. :)
