Nifty MP3 Tool

Featured Replies

Thought I'd pass on the link for PsychicMP3 - great for anyone with a messy MP3 library.

Point it at a folder containing the mp3s for an album, and it'll calculate a diskID, query a free CDDB server, and work out what CD the mp3s relate to, and then give you the option of renaming/retagging the files.... very handy :)

..as someone that created all his mp3's without a net connection and no cddb querying, I've been after something like this!!

Cheers!!

Just be careful... the last time i tried a tool like this.. it f**ked them all up.. ive got over 100gig of mp3... and all the original cds too :rofl:

Just dloaded this: PsychicMP3_v2.0.exe installs it and it says my OS is not supported, its WinXP the same as the one its screenshots.....

dloaded this one as well: CDDBMP3setup.exe getting a system file accessibility errors.

Which one did you use to install or anyone had any problems?
