Saab Turbo X - Looks great!

Featured Replies

And decent figures too. :)

Apart from the £32K starting price

Looks nice though!

High price, but well nice.

I likes it.

Pretty nice for a Vectra in a party frock! I would have expected them to boost power closer to 300PS though with that engine.

The emissions are reasonable though for a performance car. Me old MPS with a 2.3 4 pot turbo used to chuck out 245g / Km.

The Turbo X has 2 extra cylinders and 1 extra turbo and it achieves 254g / Km.

Top Gear magazine slated it, said it feels terrible to drive!

It has a massive advantage over it's alter ego - the Vectra VXR - 4 wheel drive.

Should be able to handle the horses a little better.

Don't like the wheels one bit though.

Yep, impressive emissions for sure, expecially considering its an extra 500cc over the MPS! (Oh, and I thought the MPS was a 5 pot?)

No people often mistake it for the old Volvo / Ford 2.3 l 5 cylinder engine (which Volvo originally bought from Audi!), but it's a newer Ford US based 4 cyinder unit with direct injection. It's classed as economic in the US, ha!

Doubt you'll ever see those mpg figures in the real world

did look nice in the paper this morning along with the price tag.

Great rear end.
